What is ISO?

ISO is short for the International Organisation for Standardisation. The creation of international norms is commonly accompanied by ISO technical commissions. International norms give rise to European norms and from there to national norms.

What does the term "quality" mean?

In a narrow sense, quality refers only to the product, while in a broader sense it means the level of customer satisfaction!

What does it mean to own a certificate of quality?

The certification of the quality management system is a prerequisite for success. The norms do not in themselves bring quality to a product - this is down to the degree of customer satisfaction. An effective quality management system creates the basis for constant improvement. A certificate is an internationally acknowledged benchmark which may not guarantee you victory in the race but ensures that you won't lose the race!

What does the acronym WCM mean?

It's a philosophy designed to improve product quality and accessibility and customer prices through the application of modern management methodologies and technologies. A term that covers effective methods for implementing the following objectives:

  • high quality
  • punctuality of supplies
  • lowest price
