Plzensky Prazdroj has long sought to develop the company's human capital. In the prestigious Credit Suisse competition "Employer of the Year", Plzensky Prazdroj ended up among the three best employees in the Czech Republic. The competition's patron is the renowned company HayGroup, which is active all over the world in the field of personnel and human resources development.

The Employer of the Year award is preceded every year by the Employer of the Region prize. Plzensky Prazdroj was adjudged the best employer in the Pilsen region.

The evaluation criteria were employee perks, training and employee development, work health and safety standards, company culture, remuneration and the company's benefit to the region.
