Business principles
We believe that the company's good reputation is extremely important for a successful business. In order to strengthen its basic values, improve its reputation and forge good relationships with its partners, suppliers and communities, the company has defined its ethical principles. These principles are binding for all employees, including temporary staff taken, contractors and advisors.
Plzensky Prazdroj 's ethical principles
- always proceed openly, fairly and honestly when arranging and implementing business deals and when supplying information to interested parties,
- be impartial and politically neutral,
- treat people responsibly and have respect for the environment,
- care about and strive to ensure the maximum quality of its products and services,
- respect its legal and moral obligations,
- be aware of the need to develop and support loyalty and long-term relations,
- strive to be a leader in applying the best management principles.

Without the support of all contractors , however, it will be difficult to put these principles into practice. That's why we want all our contractors to be familiar with these principles so that they are well informed about what our employees (regardless of their position) expect in their dealings with them.
