Responsible Alcohol Consumption
We believe that responsible alcohol consumption may be a part of healthy and desirable dietary habits.
In our activities, we promote a responsible approach to alcoholic beverage consumption and try to prevent excessive and irresponsible alcohol consumption.
In the commercial communication of our brands we only focus on those consumers who have decided to consume alcoholic beverages and are above the legal age limit. We try to provide sufficient objective information so that consumers can decide correctly for themselves.
Along with all other SABMiller companies we keep the uniform Policy of a Responsible Producer of Alcoholic Beverages.
In cooperation with the professional associations of the Czech Republic we contribute to enforcing responsible alcohol consumption within the Czech Republic.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION
Our Company has internal rules in place that outline the minimum scope, content and use of commercial communications, i.e., advertising in all media (including the Internet and SMS), messages on product packaging, communications for promotional events, product placement, merchandising, sponsorship and research. All the rules, which extend beyond legislative requirements, are included in the Code of Commercial Communication.
Despite the fact that all of our commercial communication goes through the process of approval by our internal Sales and Marketing Compliance Committee, there might be opinions that PPAS and its brand communication is not in line with the Code. We do not rule out such a thing and will be happy to receive your complaint at komise@pilsner.sabmiller.com. The Compliance Committee will review your complaint and you will be informed of the result within 15 workdays.
