The Customer Service department is based in Pilsen where a team of experienced and trained employees is ready to provide services to you on weekdays between 8a.m. and 6p.m.

When should I contact the Customer Service?

The Customer Service team handles those of your requirements that don’t fall primarily within the competence of the Business Developer (Gastronomy) or the Sales Representative (Retail chain).  In particular the following issues are concerned: invoice due dates, beer distribution, complaints related to volumes stated on delivery notes.

What happens after I call the Customer Service line?

When placing a call at the Customer Service number you will be immediately informed about how long it will take us to address your requirement; we will also ask you how you wish to be informed about the outcomes. We can contact you via telephone, text message, email or in another manner as agreed with you.
