When should I contact the Customer Service?
The Customer Service team handles those of your requirements that don’t fall primarily within the competence of the Business Developer (Gastronomy) or the Sales Representative (Retail chain). In particular the following issues are concerned: invoice due dates, beer distribution, complaints related to volumes stated on delivery notes.
