We have given the world Pilsner Urquell, creating a new beer category, Pils. Nowadays we are at the forefront of the brewing industry in the Czech Republic and produce a number of popular brands. Plzeňský Prazdroj is at home in the Czech Republic. Our company has been based on Bohemia since the very first batch of Pilsen lager saw the light of day. This is where we make all the important decisions about our brands.

Each position is specific, so the various selection procedures differ. Applicants for some positions go through our assessment centre, while psychometric testing is required for others.
You will have several interviews, depending on the position you are applying for. If you make it through all the stages, we will be glad to contact you with an offer of work and specific terms.
Offer of work
If you accept our offer, we’ll sign an employment contract with you. To make your first days with us a bit easier, you’ll go through our adaptation programme, which will familiarise you with our company and your new colleagues.
