Uncover The Music Programme Of Pilsner Fest 2012!

The contest called Uncover the Programme of Pilsner Fest will take place on the www.pilsnerfest.cz website from June 11 to June 17, 2012. By identifying the selected music samples, those interested may guess the bands that will perform at the famous Pilsen festival this year. There are five different bands selected for each day. The first five contestants who successfully identify the samples selected for each day will each win a carton of Pilsner Urquell, or a carton of the novelty beer, Gambrinus Original 10°.

„The music programme is surely one of the most popular parts of the festival, and just like previous years, we have much to offer on both of our stages. Pilsner Fest fans enjoy contests like this one, therefore, to satisfy those impatient fans, we have decided to uncover this year’s programme gradually and give them a chance to win a  prize in the process,“ said Pavel Anděl, the man in charge of the festival’s music programme.

If no one successfully identifies all five bands using the music samples available on a given day, the prize carton will go to those who correctly guessed at least four of the five. By the end of the contest week, the Pilsner Fest music programme will be available to all fans.    

A celebration of Pilsen beers and a fun time, Pilsner Fest traditionally takes place in the courtyard of Pilsen brewery during the last summer vacation weekend. This year it is from August 31 to September 1, 2012. Entrance is free, as always. For more information, visit www.pilsnerfest.cz.
