Radegast lured a record-breaking number of visitors

21.10.2009 Radegast

The Radegast brewery is a favorite tourist destination for the Moravian-Silesian region. From the beginning of this year through the end of September, it was visited by 7,653 people. In the same period in 2008, the brewery was visited by 5,879 people.

A tour of the Nošovice brewery means that you try for yourself a brewing process of the most popular beer in Moravia. “The beer industry is part of the food industry and we have to meet strict hygienic norms. In spite of that, we are able to have a tour go through the beer production, so that visitors can take with them a true experience about how the most popular Moravian beer is brewed. During the tour visitors can literally look over the shoulders of our employees and this way they have an exceptional experience,” explains manager of the Radegast brewery, Ivo Kaňák.

A popular moment of the tour through the Radegast brewery is the end of the excursion in the Ve věži restaurant, which towers over the brewery. Here visitors can not only toast, but they can also purchase a tourist stamp, which the brewery has owned since last year.
