BAGS won the seventh duel of the Urquell of Talents contest

BAGS is an active band from Strakonice. The band has played more than 150 concerts, put out 3 EPs, and one full CD. BAGS frequently performs at festivals and “aid” better known bands such as Vypsaná fixa, Mandrage, and UDG. Their energized pop-rock (occasionally refreshed with electronic sounds) captured the attention of the audience and the formation became the last finalist. The final winner will be determined by public voting during the first two weeks of September at www.pilsnerfest.cz.

The advancement to the finals of traditional Czech Championship in Holding of Double-steins that will take place on October 5th at the Pilsner Fest belongs to Mr. Pavel Mašek who took the prize that evening with a time of 2:40 minutes. Along with a spot in the finals, he took home a carton of Pilsner Urquell beer as a prize.

This week you can look forward to the last concert of the Summer in Prazdroj festival. Kamil Střihavka & Leaders will perform this time.
