Players of 15 Hockey Clubs Will Draught Radegast Gloomy Bitter for Fans

2.12.2013 Radegast

The introduction of the seasonal Radegast Gloomy Bitter beer will take place in unique hockey pubs in Radegast. Three players from a local team will go to each pub. Fans of 13 extra league teams and two first league teams in Olomouc and Havířov may look forward to these meetings.

An important task for these players is to draught and serve the demi-dark lager Radegast Gloomy Bitter to their fans. The beer is characterised by a strong bitterness that is typical of all Radegast beers. Higher portions of carefully selected hops and non-traditional combinations of malts give it its unmistakable taste, crispness and amber colour. Besides the varieties on tap that are available to fans in hundreds of pubs all around the Czech Republic, it is also available in bottles in stores.

Radegast, the official beer of the hockey extra league has prepared several hockey activities for its fans. ”Starting this season, September 14 on Radegast Day, we have introduced a new component of statistics called the Radegast Index. The index measures the selflessness and activity of players. We are happy that fans are watching it and that it is also useful to hockey experts. Hockey fans also like our beer packaging with hockey souvenirs and extra league clubs logos. For the play-offs, we are again preparing last year’s well-received competition of the loudest cheering,” said Karel Kraus, marketing manager of the brand, explaining some of the activities of Radegast in the hockey extra league.

The event list of Radegast Gloomy Bitter introductions follows. The start is always 6 p.m. The events will take place in Radegast Hockey Pubs where the fans may watch their teams playing live for the entire season.
