2015 beers from Prazdroj to celebrate victory for the city of Plzeň

This weekend, before the match between FC Viktoria Plzeň vs. MFK Ústí nad Labem, Gambrinus will serve 2015 symbolic beers on tap to soccer fans of Viktoria Plzeň.

The gates of the stadium will open at 3 pm, and fans will not only have the opportunity to savor great Gambrinus while toasting Plzeň's victory, they'll also have entertainment and grilled pig from Pernarecké uzeniny to look forward to.

The next batch of 2015 half-liters from Pilsner Urquell will be distributed during a public celebration of earning the title of 2015 European Capital of Culture. The contest, which is being organized by the team that put together the city's candidacy, will be a thank you to all of the citizens for their support. Media outlets will distribute the date and place of the celebration.

“The whole country can see how much people from Plzeň contributed to the victory, and how happy they are about the title,” said Vladimír Jurina, Manager of the Plzeňský Prazdroj Corporate Brand. “That is why we want to make the celebration even nicer for them. And how better to do that than with beer from Plzeň, which is inseparable from our town.”
